3. Orders & Pricing

  • Pricing Confidentiality: Wholesale pricing provided after account approval is confidential and intended solely for the registered buyer.

  • Minimum Order Value (MOV): There is currently no Minimum Order Value required for wholesale purchases, though Chiselstone LLC reserves the right to update order volume requirements at any time.

  • Order Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit order quantities for any reason.

4. Product Resale Policy & Marketplace Restrictions

  • Permitted Channels: Approved wholesale buyers are permitted to resell Juniper & Clark Collective products through their own physical brick-and-mortar stores or independent, direct-to-consumer e-commerce websites owned and operated by the buyer.

  • Strict Marketplace Prohibitions: Resale on third-party online marketplaces—including, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart Marketplace, Poshmark, and Faire—is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized by Chiselstone LLC in writing. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of your wholesale account and potential legal action.

  • Rebranding & White-Labeling: Wholesale buyers are permitted to rebrand, relabel, or white-label home decor and jewelry products purchased from us for resale under their own brand identity.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Website Content: All text, website designs, original imagery, graphics, logos, and digital material on this site are the property of Chiselstone LLC and are protected by United States copyright and trademark laws.

  • Wholesale Imagery Use: Approved wholesale customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our product photographs solely to market and resell purchased items on approved channels, provided the account remains in good standing.
